His practice

Dr Chelli treats shoulder and elbow conditions: rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability and dislocation, shoulder arthritis and joint replacement, fractures, elbow tendinopathy, distal biceps rupture and nerve compression. He also treats wrist fractures and carpal tunnel syndrome.

He performs the Latarjet procedure arthroscopically, and has done so for more than ten years.

He sees patients at APEX Medica, 35, avenue Georges Clémenceau, Nice, and operates at Clinique Kantys Centre. Consultations can be held in French or English.

Clinical research

His research focuses mainly on shoulder replacement, in particular reverse shoulder replacement, rotator cuff healing, fractures of the upper end of the humerus and statistical methodology. He also led a study on the reliability of bibliographic references produced by artificial intelligence tools.
